The Financial & Administrative function serves as the central contractual and financial interface between the client and all participating partners, operating under pre-negotiated master agreements to ensure clarity, accountability, and efficiency. This structure allows clients to engage through a single, trusted entity while maintaining transparency across all financial and operational activities.

In this role, the aggregator manages all subcontracts, oversees partner performance, and conducts regular cost reconciliation to ensure alignment with project budgets and performance standards. Through consistent auditing and reporting, the function safeguards both compliance and fiscal integrity across the project lifecycle.

Depending on the project scope and contractual framework, the aggregator may apply a management or oversight fee—or a percentage markup—on partner services. This model ensures sustainable administrative operations while maintaining cost predictability and accountability for the client.
